ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Best Pets Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA certified, fear-free practicing, full service, small animal hospital 20 minutes from Boston in Tewksbury, MA. Best Pets has a very high financial performance allowing for high earnings for all employees. Our practice philosophy focuses on exceptional patient care and does not dictate practice protocol. We have in-house orthopedic surgeon and boarded cardiologist support. Future option possible to buy into the business with Equity Ownership.
PAY DETAILS
- Base Salary $140-160K
- + Production of $50-$100K
- + Sign-On/Retention Bonus of $30,000

JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
- Flexible schedule of 3 or 4 days/week until afternoon or closing and 1 of 4 Saturdays until 1pm.
- Preference of two+ years’ experience at a small animal practice, though will also consider new graduates.
- Looking for individuals with good/expanding surgery skills, excellent bedside manners, deep love of animals and a strongly positive team collaborator.
- Preference for doctors skilled in general medicine, routine surgery, and interest in dentistry a plus.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
