You’ll lead a supportive team, create engaging activities, and make every day purposeful — no nights or weekends required! This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a 30-minutes unpaid lunch for a total of 40 hours per week. Great benefits and generous amount of paid time off!
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred, but not required
