Lumber Building Materials Estimator Requirements:
- 4-5+ years exp in Lumber/building estimation required
- Experience with Lumber building materials estimation, Drawing/architectural framing experience, OR framing/housebuilding experience required
- Homebuilder's license (Construction Supervisor License) preferred

Lumber Building Materials Estimator Responsibilities:
- This role involves preparing cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial, and residential construction projects
- Commuting to different job sites, operating a computer, reviewing blueprints, Creating estimates, material list take offs, creating simple designs, etc
- Additional duties include coordinating with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors, reviewing quotes, and assisting with project planning and bidding
