Chestnut Hill Realty has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager join the team for our newly constructed Franklin & Adams Buildings which is a part of our Hancock Village community. Are you the right person for the job?

· 3+ years of property management experience

· Familiarity with leasing, credit and collections, marketing

· Prepare annual budgets and complete monthly and quarterly financial reporting

· Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate others

· Must possess professional written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 – $95,000 annually along with an additional incentive structure, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
