Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the experience across our digital products. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate user needs and business goals into elegant, intuitive design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design consistent interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design implementation
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (web or mobile applications)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and UX problem-solving
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience with user testing, research, and wireframing
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (basic understanding)
- Background in healthtech, SaaS, or data-driven platforms
- Experience with medical dashboards or healthcare visualization
