Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000

Our team is excited to be partnering with a leading investment firm to hire a highly motivated, resourceful, and detail-driven Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. About The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the trusted right hand to senior executives. Managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, preparing materials, and ensuring priorities run smoothly. You’ll be looked to as a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise, stays steady under pressure, and keeps operations running seamlessly.
This role requires flexibility with working hours. Overtime is fully compensated.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and serve as a strategic gatekeeper
- Coordinate domestic/international travel (flights, hotels, cars, visas, itineraries)
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents
- Own expense reporting and administrative financial tasks
- Support daily communication and handle confidential information with discretion
- Work with internal tech/IT to keep devices functioning flawlessly
- Provide reliable phone coverage and backup support to other executives
- Assist with printing, scanning, binding, and courier needs
- Partner with the broader admin team for coverage and workflow support
- Take on special projects as needed
- Jump in wherever needed to keep operations moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or in administrative support (PE, finance, or fast-paced environments strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional attention to detail and polished written/verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and a professional, composed presence
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur is a plus
- Flexible, positive, and committed to a “no task too small” mentality
- Reliable, punctual, and collaborative
