Madison Hunt is partnering with a rapidly growing industrial decarbonization investment firm based in Boston to support the expansion of their Private Equity team with an Associate-level hire. The firm manages multiple pools of capital, has a strong fundraising track record, and is currently deploying an oversubscribed third fund—offering a compelling opportunity to join a high-growth, high-impact platform.
This role can be based in either Boston or Houston.
Target Sectors:
Industrials & manufacturing, chemicals & materials, food & agriculture, energy efficiency, and green fuels.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking / private investing
- Strong financial modeling and transaction execution experience
- Independent thinker with strong communication and analytical skills
