This position manages two flagship initiatives:
Higher Education Scholarship Program – Providing tuition assistance for postsecondary and vocational education.
Upskilling & Professional Development Grant Program – Supporting women (and soon, all employees) pursuing career-enhancing training.
Reporting to the Director of Grant Programs, this role is ideal for a data-savvy program manager who thrives at the intersection of education, philanthropy, and workforce development.
What You’ll Do:

- Partner with educational institutions and industry organizations (like EdX, FIT, and Pensole) to strengthen partnerships and expand program reach.
- Collaborate across internal teams — Finance, Development, and Marketing — to ensure seamless program delivery and accurate reporting.
- Use data insights to measure program outcomes, improve equity, and inform future strategies.
- Represent Two Ten at conferences and industry events, helping shape the future of workforce and education initiatives in the footwear industry.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5–8 years of experience in workforce, community, or economic development, education, HR, or philanthropy.
- 2–5 years in nonprofit program management or human resources.
- Strong project management and communication skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort with CRM systems (Salesforce, Blackbaud) and Excel for tracking and reporting.
- A genuine commitment to equity, inclusion, and helping others advance through education and career growth.
Working Conditions:
- Remote – Must reside between Washington, DC, and Maine.
- Occasional travel – In-person meetings in NY and MA, plus periodic industry events (e.g., Atlanta, Charlotte).
Why Join Two Ten?
