Callahan | Inman is a respected Massachusetts law firm known for its client-centered approach and practical, results-driven representation. We’re looking for a Family Law Attorney to join our growing South Shore practice.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives while developing a rewarding family law practice. You’ll work on a range of domestic relations matters — including divorce, custody, child support, and modification cases — with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in family and probate court proceedings
- Handle all aspects of case management, from intake to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Conduct discovery and negotiations
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. and admission (or pending admission) to the Massachusetts Bar
- Experience in family law preferred, but we’re open to motivated candidates eager to learn
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, professional, and client-focused mindset
