Callahan | Inman is a respected Massachusetts law firm known for its client-centered approach and practical, results-driven representation. We’re looking for a Family Law Attorney to join our growing South Shore practice.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives while developing a rewarding family law practice. You’ll work on a range of domestic relations matters — including divorce, custody, child support, and modification cases — with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

Represent clients in family and probate court proceedings
Handle all aspects of case management, from intake to resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Conduct discovery and negotiations
Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

What We’re Looking For

J.D. and admission (or pending admission) to the Massachusetts Bar
Experience in family law preferred, but we’re open to motivated candidates eager to learn
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Compassionate, professional, and client-focused mindset
