Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Plain Clothes Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our facility, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.
Full and Part Time Positions open. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Weekly pay and benefits.
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with law enforcement as needed during incidents or investigations.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Requirements
- Must have plain clothes experience
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Working smart phone (Android or iPhone).
