This opens up exciting new opportunities for reps to serve a broader market and close more deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
- Knock doors or generate your own leads (we’ll teach you how)
- Conduct personalized consultations and design tailored solar solutions
- Offer both traditional and community solar options — including no-roof-install plans
- Follow up with prospects and close deals with confidence
- Use CRM tools to stay organized and on top of your game
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development
What You Bring:
- No solar experience? No problem — we train from the ground up!
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation (if you’re working in the field)
- Ability to work solo and collaborate with a high-energy team
- Sales experience is a plus but not a must
