This opens up exciting new opportunities for reps to serve a broader market and close more deals.

What You’ll Do:

Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
Knock doors or generate your own leads (we’ll teach you how)
Conduct personalized consultations and design tailored solar solutions
Offer both traditional and community solar options — including no-roof-install plans
Follow up with prospects and close deals with confidence
Use CRM tools to stay organized and on top of your game
Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development

What You Bring:

No solar experience? No problem — we train from the ground up!
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
Reliable transportation (if you’re working in the field)
Ability to work solo and collaborate with a high-energy team
Sales experience is a plus but not a must
