Construction Project Coordinator – Boston, MA
Base Salary: $95,000

As our Construction Project Coordinator, you'll leverage industry-leading tools like BuildingConnected and Autodesk Build to directly impact landmark residential projects and collaborate closely with our experienced, in-office team.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive bidding: Issue ITBs in BuildingConnected, track responses, de-scope proposals, and recommend awards.
- Own the numbers: Load budgets, commitments, and change orders in Autodesk Build; reconcile weekly with accounting.
- Control the clock: Maintain live Gantt schedules, publish two-week look-aheads, and proactively identify schedule risks.
- Stay compliant: Collect COIs, W‑9s, and E‑Verify documents; maintain an audit-ready trade-contract log.
- Run the huddles: Schedule OAC meetings, site walks, and deliveries; circulate clear and concise meeting minutes.
- Grow the bench: Vet and onboard subcontractors to continuously strengthen our roster.
What Makes You a Fit:
- 3–5 years in construction admin, project controls, or pre-con coordination (bid to close-out).
- Daily power-user of BuildingConnected & Autodesk Build.
- Fluent in Gantt scheduling; comfortable discussing cost codes with supers, estimators, and accountants.
- Working knowledge of MA lien laws, OSHA basics, and COI requirements.
- Polished communication skills and exceptional organizational abilities—no details overlooked.
