We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Service Communications Assistant to support our operations and communication initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clear internal and external communication between departments, clients, and service teams, while also maintaining excellent records and assisting with service coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with internal and external service communication processes
- Coordinate with clients to relay service updates and manage inquiries
- Prepare, format, and distribute service reports and documentation
- Support service management with data entry, scheduling, and tracking requests
- Monitor communication channels and escalate urgent service issues when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information delivery
- Maintain client records, logs, and correspondence for quality control and reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
