We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Communications Assistant to support our operations and communication initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clear internal and external communication between departments, clients, and service teams, while also maintaining excellent records and assisting with service coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with internal and external service communication processes
  • Coordinate with clients to relay service updates and manage inquiries
  • Prepare, format, and distribute service reports and documentation
  • Support service management with data entry, scheduling, and tracking requests
  • Monitor communication channels and escalate urgent service issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information delivery
  • Maintain client records, logs, and correspondence for quality control and reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
