We are looking for a skilled IT Admin to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system administration, troubleshooting, and user support.

What You'll Do
- Provide onsite technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and applications.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.
- Collaborate with the ICT service delivery team and infrastructure team to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
- Work with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to ISO27001 standards and data privacy regulations.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking and maintaining records of all hardware and software assets.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Willingness to be assigned to a shifting schedule to provide support as needed.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or related field.
✅ Strong knowledge of networks, servers, and cybersecurity best practices.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
