As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our analysts and leadership team through a variety of responsibilities, including travel arrangements, expense tracking, compliance coordination, and meeting logistics. 📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process related expense reports
- Track and reconcile invoices and expenses; research discrepancies and report on variances
- Support the submission of Annual and Sector Reviews, and ensure rating changes are updated in internal systems
- Review and communicate Annual Review (AR) deadlines and late lists
- Process AML checks and KYC questionnaires in support of compliance
- Assist in preparing quarterly Loan Review packages and uploading to shared drives
- Manage compliance reporting and follow-ups on overdue external documentation
- Compile data for ad-hoc internal portfolio requests
- Organize team meetings, book rooms, and arrange catering as required
- Maintain subscription lists (e.g., Wall Street Journal) and support general team administration
- Participate in broader departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using office equipment and digital platforms
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Effective at gathering and consolidating data from multiple sources

- Experience with Concur and MyCWT
- Familiarity with expense/travel management systems
