About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic and collaborative professional services team, supporting full-cycle recruitment for roles across the Life Sciences sector. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly experienced, client-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and understands the nuances of scientific, regulatory, and technical hiring.
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process—from intake to offer—while partnering closely with account leads, hiring managers, and internal client teams to ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of Life Sciences roles, including clinical, regulatory, R&D, quality, and operations
✅ Serve as a trusted talent advisor to internal stakeholders and client-facing teams
✅ Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, recruitment strategies, and interview plans
✅ Source and engage high-caliber candidates using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-powered tools
✅ Manage interview coordination, candidate communications, and offer negotiations
✅ Track and report key recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
✅ Uphold compliance with internal processes and industry regulations
What You Bring:
✔ 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to the Life Sciences industry (biotech, pharma, med device)
✔ Proven success hiring across scientific and technical functions in a client-facing or consulting capacity
✔ Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or embedded TA environment
✔ Proficiency in modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
✔ Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
✔ Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a high-touch, fast-paced setting
Nice to Have:
🔹 Experience with AI/automation in recruitment (e.g., screening bots, chat tools, automated workflows)
🔹 Familiarity with regulatory hiring requirements in clinical trials or FDA-governed domains
🔹 AIRS certification or LinkedIn Certified Recruiter credentials
