Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and support agents to drive daily and weekly production
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Lead by example through personal production and client service
Assist with virtual onboarding and training sessions
Maintain consistent, motivational communication across the team
Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced remote environment

Qualifications

Strong leadership potential and team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and coaching skills (virtual proficiency required)
Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus
Degree welcomed but not required — performance and initiative matter most
