Duties

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the physical therapy department, including clinical protocols, staff development, and patient satisfaction.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate licensed physical therapists, assistants, and support staff to foster professional growth and high-quality care.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing healthcare practices and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and community partners to coordinate patient care plans effectively.
Monitor departmental performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.

Skills
