My client in the industrial services industry out of North Andover, MA is looking to hire its first ever Director of Human Resources as they continue to scale up their operations.
This role would be hybrid (flexible on number of days per week). It will report to the Chief of Staff and have 1 direct report (HR Generalist).
Qualified applicants must have the following:
- US Citizen or Green Card
- 10+ years experience
- HR experience within a high-growth company
- Willingness to be hands-on as both a leader and individual contributor
Compensation is up to $180K base salary + 20% bonus + benefits (possible flexibility for the right candidate)
