Customer Relations Associate - Full-Time Opportunity

Aurelius Consulting Group is hiring a Customer Relations Associate to join our Boston team. We specialize in face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and customer acquisition, helping businesses build stronger connections with their audiences.
This is a full-time, in-person position, ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and want to gain hands-on experience in customer relations and marketing.
No previous marketing experience is required. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or other people-focused roles.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers directly through face-to-face marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Represent client brands professionally and communicate their products and services.
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Answer questions, identify customer needs, and explain available offerings.
- Support customer acquisition and sales objectives.
- Work alongside a collaborative team to achieve individual and campaign goals.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
