Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Create a structured, supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and school staff
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
Qualifications:
• Active Massachusetts Severe Disabilities Teaching License required
• Previous experience in a substantially separate or self-contained classroom preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
