About the Role:
PD Franchise NJ Management LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Bridgewater, MA. Responsibilities:
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification on residential and commercial properties
- Assess and document water damage using moisture detection equipment
- Set up, monitor, and break down drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers
- Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process to ensure satisfaction
- Follow IICRC standards and safety protocols on every job site
- Coordinate with project managers and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently
- Respond to emergency water damage calls, including after-hours situations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in water damage restoration, remediation, or a related trade preferred
- IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification is a plus
- Ability to operate moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and drying equipment
- Strong physical stamina — ability to lift heavy equipment and work in demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Availability for on-call and emergency response shifts
