Schulte Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates and Shipping/Receiving professionals for busy, growing companies across the North Shore. These are hands-on roles in fast-paced warehouse and distribution environments with multiple shift options available.

Roles Available
- Order Pickers - RF scanning, picking, palletizing
- Shipping & Receiving – processing shipments, labeling, loading/unloading
- Warehouse Associates – general material handling and inventory support
Schedules Available
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
Overtime available for select roles
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Build pallets and shrink wrap products
- Process orders and print shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience required
- Forklift experience preferred (Reach truck a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer and scanning skills
- Strong work history and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be a team player
- Must be able to pass a background check and or drug screening
