Job Developer
This position is responsible for placing program participants in independent jobs with employers in the community. The position will coordinate and manage care for our service recipients providing essential support and services while maintaining quality, service excellence and ethical standards.
Pay: $22-24/hour

Responsibilities
Place participants supported through employment services programming in independent jobs with employers in the community.
Develop employer contacts for placement of program participants, demonstrating to employers the operational, financial and social benefits of employing individuals receiving supported employment services with Seven Hills.
Conduct cold calling and in-person visits to businesses in the community for the purpose of creating and strengthening new partnerships for employment.
Network through collaborative organizations such as MassHire, Chambers of Commerce and others.
Provide consult and communication to partner employers as primary point-of-contact, assuring a high standard of customer service, responsiveness and collaboration.
Identify with employers and stakeholders' opportunities for job carving and person-centered placement solution.
Assist job seekers with application, interviewing, pre-hire and onboarding processes in collaboration with collective Community Base Day & Employment Supports staff.
Support case management of individual client files by providing required information, communication and consult to collective teams.
Perform Other Functions As Assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- Standard driver’s license – class C or class D
- 1 – 3 years of related experience
