Service Clerk job responsibilities will be including but not limited to
- Greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership.
- Handling service leads and overflow from the Service Advisors.
- Working closely with serviceretention and with the pace program.
- Provides Service Managementinformation by completing reports.
- Updates job knowledge byparticipating in GM educational opportunities
- Enhancing Service departmentreputation by service leads after repair.
