Intentsify is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of Intentsify’s GTM Data and Activation services & products.
This role will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that help B2B organizations identify, engage, and convert buying groups through audience intelligence, data activation, digital advertising, campaign orchestration, and AI-powered workflows.
Reporting to Product Leadership, the Senior Product Manager will own the full product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap development through discovery, execution, launch, and optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with deep expertise in AdTech, audience activation, B2B go-to-market systems, and AI-powered products.
This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver products and services that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Intentsify’s GTM Data and Activation services & products.
- Identify opportunities to improve audience targeting, activation, campaign execution, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end product and service development, translating business objectives into requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered capabilities, including workflow automation, predictive insights, intelligent recommendations, and generative AI experiences.
- Conduct customer discovery, market research, and workflow analysis to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to gather feedback, support go-to-market initiatives, and drive adoption.
- Define KPIs and success metrics, leveraging customer feedback, product usage data, and business outcomes to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering successful B2B software, data, AdTech, MarTech, or GTM solutions.
- Strong experience with digital advertising, audience activation, programmatic ecosystems, DSPs, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Deep understanding of B2B go-to-market functions, including demand generation, ABM, audience targeting, campaign execution, and revenue operations.
- Experience building products, services, workflow solutions, or operational systems that support complex business processes.
- Proven experience defining, launching, or scaling AI-powered product capabilities, including generative AI, predictive analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent recommendations.
- Experience with intent data, audience intelligence, identity resolution, or ABM platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and commercial teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in high-growth AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or GTM technology companies is a plus.
- MBA or equivalent business and product leadership experience is a plus.
