Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour with overtime and performance bonuses

We are a growing residential plumbing, heating, and cooling company with more than 75 employees and a dedicated service department supported by experienced administrative staff. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our busy service team.
This position focuses on residential service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working independently while being supported by a strong team, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, water piping, waste piping, and related systems
- Communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Complete service reports and required documentation
- Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with water heaters, fixture replacement, leak repairs, drain systems, and residential plumbing installations
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Work in crawl spaces, basements, attics, and confined areas
- Climb ladders and work in varying positions
- Stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach throughout the workday
- Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
