Residential HVAC Service Technician
Location: Cape Cod
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour with overtime and performance bonuses

We are a well-established residential plumbing, heating, and cooling company with over 75 employees and a dedicated service department consisting of 10 experienced technicians supported by a professional administrative team. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our busy service team.
This position focuses on residential service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working independently while being supported by a strong team, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless systems
- EPA Certification required
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and mechanical rooms
- Climb ladders and work at heights
- Stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Work in varying weather conditions throughout the year
