Overview:
We're hiring a full-time, temp-to-hire Customer Service / Order Management Specialist. If you have a passion for helping customers and a knack for detail, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers via email and phone, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to our product lines.
- Process all incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in products, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Prepare quotes and manage order processing from start to finish.
- Coordinate with other departments, including shipping, finance, and quality control—to solve customer problems efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update our product knowledge base.
- Analyze data to create reports on customer issues and trends.
- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed.
What you'll bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- An associate’s degree or an equivalent level of knowledge is preferred.
