Location: Weymouth, MA (100% Onsite)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:45 PM | Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing manufacturing company in Weymouth, MA. This is not a call center position. The role involves a combination of customer communication via email and phone, order processing, quote preparation, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product support
- Prepare and process customer quotes and sales orders
- Ensure order accuracy, pricing, and delivery requirements are met
- Coordinate with internal departments including shipping, finance, and quality teams
- Troubleshoot basic product-related issues and assist customers with solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Generate reports and assist with data entry and administrative tasks
- Support additional office functions as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service, administrative, order entry, or office support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry
- Experience using ERP systems is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
