Mitigation / Restoration Manager
RestoPros of North Boston is seeking an experienced, motivated Mitigation / Restoration Manager to oversee water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and restoration projects throughout the North Boston area.
This is a full-time leadership position for an individual with 3–5 years of restoration industry experience who can manage crews, communicate effectively with customers and insurance professionals, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage water mitigation, mold remediation, and restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment
- Perform site inspections and moisture mapping
- Develop and monitor drying plans
- Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, property managers, and insurance carriers
- Review and maintain project documentation
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company procedures
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and profitability
- Assist with emergency response and after-hours calls as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restoration industry experience required
- Experience with water mitigation and mold remediation
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with moisture meters, thermal imaging, and drying equipment
- Familiarity with Xactimate, JobTread, or similar software preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.)
