About The Role
We're looking for experienced writers and editors to help evaluate and improve AI-generated English content. Your command of language, tone, and structure will directly shape how AI systems communicate — making a real impact on the quality of content reaching millions of people.

What You'll Do
- Make nuanced editorial decisions around wording, tone, clarity, and structure
- Review complex or ambiguous AI-generated content for accuracy and consistency
- Provide clear, structured feedback and well-reasoned rationale for edits
- Uphold high writing standards across diverse, large-scale content tasks
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Advanced English writing and editing experience with a strong editorial instinct
- Master's Degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment on complex content
- Comfortable handling ambiguous or nuanced writing challenges
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in professional editing, publishing, or content quality assurance
- Experience developing or applying editorial style guides
- Familiarity with AI writing tools or content evaluation workflows
