Nolan Wells Studios is seeking a highly creative and organized Content Creator Intern to support ongoing content production across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about photography, video, editing, and digital storytelling who wants hands-on experience inside a growing creative studio. The intern will work closely with Nolan Wells to capture behind-the-scenes moments, create short-form content, assist on shoots, and help translate the studio’s visual identity into compelling digital content.
This is a hybrid role based in the Springfield, Massachusetts area, combining on-site creative production with remote editing and content preparation.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves content creation, visual culture, and storytelling — someone excited by the idea of capturing the creative process in real time and helping shape the next chapter of the brand.
Responsibilities
* Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content during shoots, fittings, meetings, and studio sessions
* Shoot and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Assist with creative brainstorming and content ideation
* Edit video content using platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
* Draft captions and contribute written content, particularly for LinkedIn and storytelling-based posts
* Organize and maintain content files, footage, and creative assets
* Support real-time content execution during productions and brand moments
* Assist in maintaining content calendars and posting schedules
* Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, and platform shifts
Qualifications
* Experience creating and editing content for social media platforms
* Strong eye for composition, storytelling, style, and visual pacing
* Comfortable shooting content on iPhone and/or camera equipment
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and fast-moving creative environments
* Familiarity with platforms such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools
* Interest in fashion, culture, media, creative direction, or visual storytelling
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Springfield, MA for in-person shoots and studio work
* Self-starter mentality with a collaborative and adaptable attitude
