🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding workflows, background checks, CORI processing, I-9/E-Verify compliance, and occupational health requirements
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, managers, and candidates throughout the onboarding lifecycle
• Build and maintain onboarding trackers, dashboards, metrics, and audit reports
• Drive process improvements to reduce time-to-start and improve onboarding efficiency
• Support executive onboarding and orientation programs
• Conduct compliance audits and ensure accurate employee records in Workday/payroll systems
• Analyze onboarding data and provide insights for continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree required
✔ 5+ years of experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR operations, or high-volume talent operations
✔ Strong project management and organizational skills
✔ Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ ATS experience required; Workday experience preferred
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
