Are you ready to work alongside the Construction Project Managers to deliver our Retail Expansion and Improvement across the US, Canada and Europe?
In this role, you'll play a key part in driving New Store Openings and Close-Out activities, while gaining valuable experience in our Relocation, Conversion, and Planned Maintenance projects.
Core Responsibilities
35% Daily Tasks/Project Management
- Ownership of LBR weekly construction meetings; facilitating and managing the content of agenda points through meeting notes, action items and follow-up information.
- Collaborates with Retail Development Team to gather information to provide to internal and external partners.
- Ownership and Management of the central Retail Development database for plans and documentation, identifying gaps and ensuring a transparent platform for the LEGO Group to use.
- Responsible for the delivery of the Retail Development documents regarding LL contributions and coordination with the Legal and Finance teams.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure correct receiving, invoicing and payment terms and alignment to all Finance processes.
- Responsibility for the management of small ad hoc projects as necessary as the role progresses.
25% Maintenance
- Joint partnership with Construction Project Manager to oversee all planned maintenance projects.
- Owns the coordination of necessary fixtures, shipping, flow and delivery, for related LBR fixture maintenance needs – and will have a role to play in the establishment of a more store based system for fulfillment.
- Responsible for day-to-day tracking, reconciliation and recap relating to NA fixture replacement inventory.
25% Retail Real Estate
- Finalize in close collaboration with Senior Retail Expansion manager and in alignment with legal, finance and operations lease agreements for new and renewed Store units, and any conditions related to Lease Renewals.
15% Team Collaboration & Collaboration with Key Stakeholders
- Assists in managing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing information acting as information hub.
- Assists in management and coordination of all information to provide to Finance for proper cost control and re-classing of assets.
- Coordinates efforts within the Retail Expansion Team to promote continuous alignment of processes across markets and provide support between markets as necessary.

As part of the global Retail Development team, as our tasks have broadened we are now looking for a capable individual to support project set up and close out so the core team can focus on delivery and alignment across the business.
This role will drive transparency on elements such as LL contribution delivery, Drawing Control and Publishing, and overall RD and Stores coordination.
Do you have what it takes?
- Work experience in the retail construction, project management, or business development industry.
- Proven track record of being able to manage several projects/tasks at one time.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational/prioritization skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows and working with PDF and CAD files.
- Ability to understand drawings/blueprints, as-built drawings and shop drawings.
- Ability to set high goals/standards and achieve them.
- Experience working with external vendors.
- Advanced English language skills both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Flexibility to handle to shifting priorities, demands and timelines, particularly as this role is supporting both the US primarily, but there will be some involvement in the EMEA territory.
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Able to learn, understand and grasp concept design and execution of concept.
- Experience in working for an international company.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $84,488.00 - $126,732.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
