Caring Bees Healthcare is quickly expanding and we are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) . We care for patients of all ages and backgrounds who may require daily visits in their homes in the following locations: Dorchester, Roxbury, Hyde Park, Roslindale, Jamacia Plain
Home Care LPN Responsibilities
- Assess the patient's condition during every visit and document your observations
- Perform different tasks including vital signs and medication review
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s Physicians
- Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
- Must complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of PT contact.
Qualifications
- State LPN/LVN license required
- 1 year of experience in in-home care is preferred
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
- Ability to travel to multiple patients per day
- Part Time
Pay: $33.00 per hour
