Description
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial for scaling our international workforce, encompassing both technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 years in talent acquisition, specifically within the tech industry and for international companies. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to support Inspekt AI\'s rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, including software engineers, AI specialists, data scientists, project managers, sales professionals, and engineers.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates globally, utilizing various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our employer branding and recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring for international companies
- Experience within the tech industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit for both technical (e.g., software development, AI, data science) and non-technical roles (e.g., sales, marketing, operations).
- Demonstrated expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule and demonstrate full dedication to the role
