Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently recruiting for an Associate/ Senior Associate level consultant on behalf of a rapidly growing boutique strategy consulting firm based in Boston. The firm specialises in strategy and advisory projects for private equity and middle-market clients across a range of sectors.
The Role
- The opportunity to work on high-impact client engagements across PE and middle-market organisations
- Responsible for leading project workstreams and using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support client delivery
- Conducting primary and secondary research, including expert interviews and market analysis
- Playing an active role in a high-growth environment with strong exposure to both client delivery and internal firm development
The Person
- A strong academic background
- 1-3 years of directly relevant experience, including commercial due diligence (strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, venture capital)
- Proactive self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
