We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Fitchburg or Leominster, MA. Position Highlights
- Competitive base salary: $225,000 – $280,000 (DOE)

Position Overview
The Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families within a community health setting. This role emphasizes a collaborative care model, working alongside nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical psychologists, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities of Physician (FM/ IM):
- Provide and manage direct patient care, including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans appropriate to patient conditions
- Deliver preventive care, health promotion, and patient education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care as needed
- Supervise and direct clinical and support staff as appropriate
- Participate in on-call coverage
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality, safety, and infection control standards
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in educational programs, training, and mentorship of clinical staff or students
Qualifications of Physician (FM/ IM):
- Medical Degree: MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA, DEA-X, and Massachusetts Controlled Substance registration
- ACLS or CPR/AED certification
- Eligible for unrestricted hospital privileges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
