We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Fitchburg or Leominster, MA. Position Highlights

Competitive base salary: $225,000 – $280,000 (DOE)

Position Overview

The Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families within a community health setting. This role emphasizes a collaborative care model, working alongside nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical psychologists, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities of Physician (FM/ IM):

Provide and manage direct patient care, including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment
Prescribe medications and treatment plans appropriate to patient conditions
Deliver preventive care, health promotion, and patient education
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care as needed
Supervise and direct clinical and support staff as appropriate
Participate in on-call coverage
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality, safety, and infection control standards
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Participate in educational programs, training, and mentorship of clinical staff or students

Qualifications of Physician (FM/ IM):

Medical Degree: MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA, DEA-X, and Massachusetts Controlled Substance registration
ACLS or CPR/AED certification
Eligible for unrestricted hospital privileges
Strong communication and collaboration skills
