Site Civil Engineer – Andover Consultants
Andover Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our team and work on a variety of land development and permitting projects.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated engineers to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional engineering and surveying results.
Responsibilities:
- Work on residential, commercial, and institutional projects, including subdivision roadway layouts, grading and drainage, utility design, stormwater management reports, and state/local permitting
- Prepare site permitting plans, land development plans, and associated permitting documents and applications
- Design and analyze site stormwater systems; prepare technical stormwater management reports using HydroCAD to model pre- and post-development conditions
- Attend and present at client meetings, meetings with Town officials, and public hearings
Qualifications & Skills:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) License
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site civil engineering
- Proficient in Civil3D, HydroCAD, StormCAD, Hydraflow, and related software
- Strong project management and communication skills; able to coordinate with team members, clients, and Town/City officials
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of critical thinking

Actual compensation will be based upon experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
