Private Equity Associate – Healthcare | Boston
A leading growth-oriented private equity platform investing across different sectors is hiring for a Private Equity Associate to join their Healthcare team in Boston.
The firm is a highly regarded investor with a strong track record of partnering closely with management teams to drive both organic and inorganic growth. They take a hands-on approach across their portfolio and are deeply involved in strategy, operational improvement, and long-term value creation.
The Associate will be involved across the full deal lifecycle, including evaluating and executing investments, building financial models, supporting due diligence, and helping develop investment theses alongside senior team members. You will also gain meaningful exposure to portfolio companies, working directly with management teams on growth initiatives and strategic execution.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
- Healthcare experience or strong healthcare sector exposure is required (deal experience in healthcare strongly preferred)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
- Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail
