Core Responsibilities
- Plan, lead and handle coordinated communication development and campaigns from end-to end
- Ensure effective creative processes where the tasks are clearly defined and schedules and estimates are respected
- The Project Manager will need to navigate in an ever-changing sophisticated environment with numerous partners
- Budget & time management - Making sure we deliver on time and according to estimate
- Focus on project team health and motivation and accept change readiness
- Lead project teams in setting clear expectations among team and partners
- Support in project team resourcing & identifying those needs (freelance support)

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is a full-service agency servicing the internal customers in the LEGO Company with all sorts of communication solutions. Our work spans broadly from communication strategies and concepts to development of Design and visual identity, product and campaign related assets of all kinds. The Project Manager is the internal backbone of the OLA project team in charge of planning and estimating and driving the projects from end-to end.

- Creative problem-solving skills
- Able to identify and lead project risks

Additional Details On This Position
- This is a manager level position and is based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
