*Job Summary*
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the facility and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as daily janitorial work, litter pick up, light landscaping, snow and ice removal, carpet cleaning, painting, carpentry work, and minor electrical repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building components
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents, including occasional evening and weekend response when an urgent matter arises.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
*Requirements*
- Proficient in facilities maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, residential painting, and basic plumbing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must have own transportation and reside close enough to quickly get to property if an emergency arises.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
