Position Overview
This role supports event sales, coordinates bookings, and ensures flawless execution onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with booking private events and responding to inquiries
- Coordinate event details with clients (menus, timelines, logistics)
- Serve as the on-site point of contact during events
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams for execution
- Ensure high-quality guest experiences from start to finish
- Help grow event business
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in hospitality or event coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
