Akkodis is seeking a
Scrum Master for a
Contract with a client in
Boston, MA. This role requires deep Agile specialization, including facilitating ceremonies and enabling continuous team improvement.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $42/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Scrum Master Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Coach and guide teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen adoption and maturity.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs, clarify requirements, and maintain alignment.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows.
- Identify and remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum and support team productivity.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and adaptability across cross‑functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience working within Agile environments or leading Agile teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies with the ability to coach teams and drive Agile maturity across the organization.
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $42.00 per hour
