Position Summary
The OST Program Helper supports the daily operations of the Out-of-School Time (OST) program. This role assists program staff in providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students through supervision, activity support, and basic classroom tasks.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

- Work under the supervision of Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to support program activities
- Assist with small and large group activities, including games, enrichment, and academic support
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for students
- Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and organization of materials
- Support staff in supervising students during program activities
- Follow program expectations and directions from staff
- Perform other duties consistent with the scope of the position as assigned
